Questions? We've Got You

How does it work?

Connect a USB power bank (5V/2A) to the cable in the side pocket and press the button. Pick one of 3 heat levels and the seat and backrest warm up.

Is a power bank included?

No. Any 5V/2A USB power bank works. You can add our 10,000 mAh power bank when you order.

How long does the heat last?

It depends on your power bank and the heat setting: about 2–4 hours on a 10,000 mAh bank. Lower settings last longer.

Does it work out on the ice?

Yes. Set it up on the ice, a dock or the shore like any camp chair, and keep the power bank in the side pocket.

Can it get wet?

The 600D Oxford fabric is water-repellent, not waterproof. Keep the power bank and connection dry and unplug it when you're done.

How heavy is it?

About 12.8 lbs. It folds down into the included carry bag.

How does shipping work?

Shipping to the US is free and tracked. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
